Co-Founder
With over 20 years of industry experience, Mike is one of the most respected surveyors in the Southwest. He is dedicated to energy efficiency and offers valuable insights into improving property value through energy performance. Easily recognisable as the tallest surveyor in the region, if you’ve bought or sold a property in the last few decades, chances are you’ve met him. His extensive local knowledge and friendly approach make him a favourite among clients. When he’s not surveying properties, Mike enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters, tinkering with cars and computers, and hitting the slopes on his snowboard.

With over 30 years of experience in the property industry in Bournemouth and Poole, Phill brings a wealth of expertise to every survey. His background running a successful property management firm gives him a deep understanding of property defects, refurbishments, and risk factors. Combined with his extensive local knowledge, Phill is able to offer valuable insights on residential properties . On a personal note, Phill is a devoted Bournemouth football fan (always dreaming of that Premier League win!), enjoys quality time with his family, and can often be found on the golf course or planning his next getaway.
